Exhibition Plan sheets:
I created a set of exhibition plans looking at the different variations that would work nicely together. This was difficult, being as one of my concept boards were portrait, while the other were landscape, meaning it was hard to give consistency or evenness. For this reason, I took the space and size into consideration and played around with four different ideas. By this point I most liked the second, as this seemed much neater, and the space that was left looks much more planned rather than the others. Although, I still wasn’t completely happy with this positioning, so I began to think about ways in which I could feel this space, or use it for something else.
I realised I could incorporate symbols that would represent the nature of each animal within the boards. For example, the time would symbolise patience, which I used for the owl, due to its connections to the Greek gods, and how they were perceived as being patience animals. Whereas fire would link towards my wolf, based upon the Norse mythology of Fenrir, known to be aggressive and destructive, like fire. These symbols would be a great way to include the history and focus on my project, as well as utilise all of the space given towards my exhibition, and making it more interesting to look at.

Once this theme was decided, I found a positioning that works perfectly in using the space, and showing all of my symbols along the side. I really liked this draft, so I could use the two extra boards to create these symbols much larger to the correct size needed, and present them as such during my exhibition. This layout is clean and clear, and ensures that both the deadly sins and heavenly virtues are also placed on the correct side to each-other.
For the resources that I will be using for my exhibition; this will include A3 printing card, white paint, rollers etc, a metal ruler used to measure the size, and of course access to a computer for the printing itself. The boards will simply be placed on a white wall, in the presentation format shown below. I will not be needing any access to computers during my exhibition, as I will be showcasing my artwork on these presentation boards alone.
